A-Z of prohibited products and services:

1. Admissions include Direct Admissions to colleges/universities/reputed institutes.
2. Adoption of Children & Babies
3. Ads for buying products/services like "Looking for iPhone", "Looking for a rental house" etc. Please look at the ads posted on ADOLAA and contact the sellers.
4. Adult/Sexually Oriented/Pornographic Material” or "Child pornographic material.
5. Advance bookings or Products which are yet to be launched or pre-orders except for traveling and lodging.
6. Advance fees, registration fees or payment, etc.
7. Alcohol, E-cigarette, and Tobacco Products.
8. Allopathic medicine. Any kind of new or used medicine.
9. Any animal under the pets category as defined under the prevention of cruelty to animals (Pet Shop) Rules, 2018, or any other kind of live animal. 
10. Any kind of animal body part of animal skin and bone or any product made of such material.
11. Astrology or any kind of spiritual/supernatural services/remedies like (black magic, Vashikaran, love spells/problems/jadu/Vashikaran). Any services where facts are not public and can’t be scientifically ascertained in general.
12. Brand new phones/newly launched/recently purchased without a bill, Jio Phones, etc.
13. Burglary Tools
14. Charity or voluntary giving of help or products for free.
15. Chemicals i.e. “Hazardous Chemicals, Pharmaceutical products (prescribed or not), Restricted, Perishable Items”, and “Radioactive materials & substances”
16. Child labor or Slavery i.e. Any services which fall within the ambit of child welfare laws of the country.
17. Counterfeit Products/Clones, Replicas, or demo sets.
18. Crypto-currency/NFT(Non-Fungible tokens) or any virtual asset(e.x. Bitcoin, Litecoin, mining rigs & affiliated services/products). 
19. Cylinders and Products without the approval and registration of government agencies such as CNG, Pepper Spray, and LPG
20. Oxygen Cylinders/Concentrators & affiliated parts.
21. Database - Selling of user database or leads or sale of any information duly collected from the customers which can benefit others knowingly or unknowingly.
22. Dating services for people looking for a relationship, dating, and/or friendship
23. Direct admissions to colleges/universities/reputed institutes through management quota or donations. 
24. Discrimination on the basis of race, caste, religion, or creed is mentioned in ads.
25. Education certificates(fake) for High school diplomas, university, medals, etc.
26. Escort/Adult Services in any form, cross-gender massage/room sharing(live-in/companionship, etc.)
27. Firecrackers, Explosives, and Explosive Substances
28. Foreign exchange includes collecting and effecting/remitting payments directly /indirectly outside India in any form towards overseas foreign exchange trading through electronic/internet trading portals.
29. Free services of any kind with no clearly defined benefits.
30. Government IDs and Licenses Services.

32. Govt job of any type (except the third-party vendor payroll if mentioned), Backdoor jobs, Captcha work, work from home via Facebook, Foreign jobs, Chit funds job or schemes.
33. Government service - Only consultancy/guidance is allowed
34. Guaranteed Services for approval and acceptance of government documents or IDs (Aadhar card, PAN, Passport, Visa, etc.)
35. Hellevator scheme- Matrix sites or sites using a matrix scheme approach
36. Human, Blood, Bodily Fluids, Human Parts, and Remains 
37. Illegal Goods/Embargoed Goods/Contraband goods
38. Indian currency notes – Old, New, or Error notes. Coins are considered legal tender.
39. Hacking/piracy- Devices infringing intellectual property rights such as unlocking devices that include Mod chips or other devices designed to circumvent copyright protection
40. IPR media violation- Media infringing intellectual property rights, which includes unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials
41. IPR software violation- Software infringing intellectual property rights, which includes unauthorized copies of the software, video games, and other licensed or protected materials, including OEM or bundled software
42. Ivory products
43. iCloud unlocking services: ADOLAA doesn't allow iCloud unlocking services on the platform. 
44. Items that hurt the Laws for the Protection of Historical, Artistic, and Cultural Significance
45. Loans offered by private parties or institutions are not authorized and regulated as per RBI guidelines.
46. Luxury items with unrealistic pricing/not corresponding to market pricing.
47. Medical Equipment requires licenses (such as Ultrasound machines, X-Ray Machines, etc).
48. Medicines prescribe as prescription-strength medicine, aesthetics, steroids, & food supplements
49. Miracle cures include unsubstantiated cures, remedies, or other items marketed as quick health fixes
50. Multi-Level Marketing Services (MLM), SMS Sending, Email sending/processing, Champ cash, Network marketing jobs, and affiliated home-based jobs.
51. Offensive goods, the crime that includes crime scene photos or items, such as personal belongings, associated with criminals
52. Offensive Material - examples include ethnically or racially offensive material
53. Offering Loans to CIBIL defaulters
54. Photos of artists/singers/entertainers are not allowed unless with a permit
55. Pirated Cable box descramblers and jail-broken/modified gaming consoles.
56. Police, Army, Navy, and Airforce Related Items
57. Blogging or any discussion or information published on the Internet including any kind of negative publicity. 
58. Political affiliations & allied admissions.
59. Software & movie piracy, software to unlock phones/video games or Stocks, and Other Securities
60. Stocks, shares, and other securities intangible in nature
61. Surrogacy
62. The government has declared face masks and hand sanitizers as essential commodities under the 'Essential Commodities Act, 1955' up to June 30, 2020. This is to ensure price regulation and availability of these products. ADOLAA supports this move and only allows these products at a regulated price.
63. Tickets/vouchers/passes for many events, games, matches or concerts, lottery tickets, sweepstakes entries, subscriptions, etc.
64. Traffic devices, which include radar detectors/hammers, license plate covers, traffic signal changers /sensors, and related products.
65. Transfer of membership/subscription/certificates/timeshare etc.
66. Transfer or selling license for pharmacy or liquor shop or any such institution which is controlled by the government
67. Used Cosmetics, undergarments, personal hygiene & grooming items (e.g. epilators, shavers, etc). However, used Used Nebulizer is allowed if it is in good condition. 
68. Unauthorized wireless transceiver apparatus.
69. Mobile signal boosters.
70. Weapons, Air guns, artillery including arms, and any type of edged tools resulting in affliction including daggers, swords, serrated objects, knives, and similar items.
71. Covid-19/Corona testing Kits & vaccinations.
72. Ads related to the Tata Sky or Tata Play DTH products/services. However, we allow ads posted for Tata Sky jobs or Tata Play jobs.
73. Incorrect category posting: A product should be carefully posted in the category it is relevant for; posting in the incorrect category may lead to re-categorization or rejection of the Ad. 
74. Any kind of listings related to pen and pencil packaging-related jobs are not allowed on the platform. In fact, ad content with work-from-home related jobs for pen and pencil packaging is not allowed.
