Spirit Airlines cancellation policy

Spirit Airlines cancellation policy allows for free cancellation if your ticket is cancelled 60 days before your departure date. You may cancel your ticket via the Spirit website or app, connect with a representative, or visit the airport or nearby office. You will have to inform Spirit Airlines at least 24 hours prior to departure. If you do not cancel your ticket prior to departure, airlines will forfeit your ticket price, and you will not get a refund.

Under the Spirit Airlines cancellation policy, the airline allows you to cancel your Spirit flight within the 24-hour window. If your scheduled departure date is more than 7 days after the date of ticket cancellation, you may be eligible for a full refund. Remember that the 24-hour ticket cancellation policy is applicable to all passengers; it doesnt matter which type of ticket you have purchased.
